Why is it that some wear mask and most dont? Virus will never get better until we do it together. My mother has not been out of the house only on the farm for 6 mo. possibly more. because of stupid ppl. She is 86 yrs. old and going strong, and I would hate something like to interrupt her life. All of the county libraries in surrounding counties are open, including in places with more covid 19 cases. They just either have a mask rule or limit the number of people in at the time. The Stone County library, supported by taxpayer money, has been closed for almost six months, now. If the people running it are that scared, then they need to retire and be replaced by people who are not.

Some people from off move here to get away from wherever it was they came here from, but when they get here they want to try to make it like the place they moved here to get away from. We want to keep things like they are here. If you don't like the way things are here, where you moved to to get away from wherever it was you came here from, then you are welcome to go back to wherever it was. Some people just have to try to push their agendas and personal political ideologies on others. Like Phyllis Haynes taking out those Black Lives Matter ads in the local newspaper trying to stir things up here, or pushing for the Mountain View City Council to adopt a mandatory mask ordinance. I guess if you're an old boomer with a fixed income, you don't have to worry about how a lockdown or telling tourists as well as locals they have to wear a mask while they are in town will affect the economy and jobs. I understand that some people don't have any faith in God, so they live in fear. Even when they have already lived long lives, their anxiety about mortality makes them want to hold on to every remaining moment, no matter hw much liberty they have to give up to do it or certainly how many freedoms they have to take away from others. They also lack faith in science, which proves that the Coronavirus is no more contagious or deadly than the regular flu. Our own stats support that statement, as do the statewide and national stats, too. Facts don't matter. They're all a bunch of hysterics, running on panic. Now they want to drag the rest of us along with them. Will you wear a mask if the city council bows to Karen boomer pressure and enacts a mask ordinance at their special emergency meeting today? How about the vaccine, when it comes out, if they say that it is mandatory, will you take it? And the mark of the beast, when they say that you have to take it, for the public good, to protect others, for health, will you gladly stand in line to get it, too?
